The guide is to help system administrators who are responsible for managing the clubs’ membership fees and collecting the late-payments efficiently and fairly throughout all the club membership.
The main purpose is to identify the member with the appropriate fee for the year and whether they have paid the fees due to the club. The fees can be requested from members as a single payment when due, monthly or weekly instalments.
Members can select the months or weeks they wish to pay even if they are dates in the future.
Members statements are available on-demand through their PC, or mobile device any time and as the system works in real-time, any payment made and recorded is reflected immediately in the members account.
