The annual fees are invoiced once the system access is provided.
Payment options can be requested on set-up or at your system renewal dates, however, annual payments are the default.
All system renewal fees are invoiced at the fee related to the number of membership records that are active at that time
For clarity, annual fee payments receive a 20% discount off the optional monthly payment plans
If you are a little apprehensive about setting up your club membership records into a computerised format, we offer a new client club system set-up service spending the day at your premises for a small one-off fee.
In addition, there is a small charge to help support costs, we charge 12p per mile for return mileage to your location to travel from our office location (Post Code TS21 3EE).
We will stay and work with you creating, testing and training your system until your membership secretary is comfortable with the functionality.
Clubs that have data stored in paper, word documents or spreadsheets, have an option to complete our system import template that will be quality checked by our team, including looking for record duplication or errors in email address formats.
Once completed, all records will be imported to create membership account data that can be used straight away to add subscription information and send fee demands.
Once available, the main group member record can have their family members added to their account to manage the fees payment for them too.
